Local spring green salad and hearth baked farmhouse bread with local goat cheese, Joseph Carr, Family Reserve Red Blend Paso Robles (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir)


Grilled farm raised pork and lamb with fresh seasonal vegetables, Scala Dei, Priorit Garnatxa 


Fig tart with farmer's cheese and grapes, tenshen (Viognier, Roussanne, Granache Blanc, Chardonnay)
