Join our Skirting Party! "Skirting" -- preparing the fleeces to be turned into wool--picking out all of the "vegetable matter", trimming the edges, and getting these wonderful fibers ready to be spun into yarn. Reconnect with the origins of fabric, and come to a deeper understanding of how small farms contribute to the warm winter clothing that we all snuggle into!
We'll skirt around a blazing fire, while sipping on wine or prosecco (your choice), and fortifying ourself on cheese and charcuterie. Afterwards, take home a chunk of fleece, a mini-ball of our own yarn, or an ounce of roving, your choice!
$17 per person without alcohol, $25 per person with.
