Spring Farm to Table Dinner
Head Chef, Eric Garcia
Join us on Saturday, June 1, at 6 pm for this year's annual Peace Hill Farm Dinner,
held at the Bed & Breakfast at historic Peace Hill Farm.
This five-course dinner, designed by our own Chef Eric Garcia, will feature our own pasture-raised lamb and pork, along with wild foraged mushrooms and local produce. Peace Hill’s head farmer will attend to answer any questions about sheep raising and small-scale meat production in Virginia.
Five different wines included, expertly paired with each course!
Cheese and Charcuterie
Citrus Lamb Confit with Fresh Spring Peas and Onion Cracker
Garden Picked Mixed Green Salad with Local Goat Cheese, Sunflower Seeds, Fresh Picked Strawberries and Berry Basalmic Vinaigrette.
Yogurt Dijon Rubbed Roasted Mangalitsa Pork served with Ramps, Fresh Foraged Chantrele Mushroom Ragout with soft Polenta, and Spring Vegetables
Farm Raised Duck Egg Clafoutis with Peace Hill Peaches
For an additional $10, join us at 4:30 PM for champagne, nibbles, and
a “grown-up hayride”
(meaning that you’ll have somewhere comfortable to sit!) around the farm;
meet the flocks in person while you enjoy bubbles and chef-prepared snacks.
Don’t want to drive afterwards? Stay the night!
